Guy Brydon is the Chief
Appraiser for State Certified Appraisers with over 16 years of residential
and commercial experience in Southern California.
Mr. Brydon graduated from the University of Southern California,
Business School in 1987 with a B.S. in Business Administration,
emphasizing in Real Estate Law, Finance, and Valuation. His broad
range of appraisal experience has been gained as a commercial property
appraiser for Blake & Associates and Arthur Anderson, a senior
level appraiser/reviewer for CalFed and Citibank, and a Deputy Assessor
for L.A. County Assessor's Office.
Mr. Brydon is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a Licensed
Real Estate Broker in California.
